Aldar launches The Wilds Residences after $1.4bn villa sell-out

Aldar has launched The Wilds Residences, a new apartment offering within The Wilds, its nature-focused masterplanned community in Dubai.

The launch follows the sell-out of villas in the first phase, which generated AED 5bn in sales, highlighting strong demand for wellness-led residential communities.

Developed as part of Aldar’s joint venture with Dubai Holding, The Wilds Residences comprises six mid-rise buildings delivering 740 homes. The mix includes one- to three-bedroom apartments and two- to three-bedroom duplexes.

The buildings sit within landscaped surroundings featuring native and fruit-bearing trees, alongside integrated wildlife habitats aimed at supporting biodiversity while maintaining resident privacy.
